I don't know the original Artist of this Windowblinds Theme, but it's one of the best that I have ever used to create a legit experience for users who want the best looking Vista desktop on Windows XP.

A lot of other Themes on here have small problems with the Start Menu, or Close buttons, but not this one. This one is atleast 95% superior to an actual Vista Aero Desktop.

I highly recommend you download this theme if you are on Windows XP and want a Vista Desktop.

This also comes with a System Properties hack to make your System Properties look like Vista's when you right click My Computer and click Properties.

UPDATE: I've added a new Vista Start Menu which works just like the authentic one from Vista.

Directions:

First you'll need Windowblinds 5.5 or later to support Pixel-Borders.

Load the theme.

Boot into safe mode by pressing F8 while booting Windows.

Copy the file in the Intel Vista folder to C:\Windows\System32\ and overwrite it when asked.

Reboot normally.

Go into the Aero Cursors folder, right click Install.inf and choose Install.

Then go into your Mouse Cursor Properties and choose Aero.

Open 5728.iconpackager with IconPackager and Apply your new Icons.

Extract Vista Start to a directory and then open ViStart.exe and it will make your Start Menu exactly like Vista and fully working.
